This coveted Waldorf Astoria 1/8th Fractional Title and Shared Use Agreement allows owners the use of four 3-bedroom oceanside luxury residences with private pools including two-level Casitas and single-level Villas, steps from the beach, family pools, and Beach Club dining.
Owners, friends, and family will enjoy full-access to the resort amenities and 5-star service including a mayordomo/butler 8-hours per day to cook breakfast and lunch in their residence.
A wide array of Owner Discounts also applies at the Waldorf Astoria including food & beverage, spa, and transportation services. The five selected Club Year Weeks are subject to a rotational system. Owners have the option of using five vacation weeks in the entire 3-bedroom residence OR the ability to have five weeks in the 2-bedroom main house with private pool AND an additional five weeks in the one-bedroom lock-off with private plunge pool. The Residence and Rental Managers can assist the fractional owners with renting or exchanging their time with other fractional owners at the Waldorf Astoria.
